I will plan 2-4 weeks of exercises (3-5 days per week) based on your goals and equipment available. Example: If you have access to a gym and want to use a weight bench, then I will tailor your workout based on that. If you don't have access to equipment, then I will create a plan to help you achieve your goals to the best of my ability. I can create yoga flows, high intensity interval training, plyometrics, weight training, body weight training, cardio, and a mixture of any of the aforementioned. The product you will receive will be a word document with a calendar that will include the following variables: frequency, intensity, type, and time (the FITT principle).
