What we require:

1. Access of your GMC account via following google instructions:

i:   Sign in to your Merchant Center account.

ii:  Click the tools icon, then select Account access under the “Settings” menu.

iii: Click the plus button.

iv:  Enter the email address (Will provide you in order page) of the person you want to invite.

V:   Click Add user.

2. Shopify store Access:

From the Shopify admin, click Users and select Add users. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add.

For someone who claims they can fix ur google merchant center it seems he is missing basic knowledge. Initial mages that I provided for my products didn't meet google requirements. Instead of highlighting this Hussain simply loaded them into the system only 2 have them disapproved days later & at that point I was advised that revised images where needed. Surely this is something he should have been aware of before submitting. Also he struggled 2 follow basic instructions. Not loading correct revised images 2 products. Claiming revised images had failed approval again but when I loaded them into the system miraculously they got approved. Delivered project late and riddled with errors.

Thanks for your feedback. But sometime you have to understand that Google has its own regulations and mostly they have automated systems. As you know and i share with you the Screenshot of google chat. We need to adopt google instructions. As google not accepted the images without white background then we need to change it.
